Thank you, but you didn’t get first, lol.
I have to approve the comments before they appear so it looks empty. You have to be careful on YouTube. It’s wild out here!
I feel like I’m looking at the longer version to my own hair! Yes, that Honey Hemp is a SERIOUS staple!! I also use it as a leave-in. Coconut oil, as well is really good for me. I wanted to try the Trader Joe’s but I think it has parabens in it. Your hair is GORGEOUS!!!!
Your hair is beautiful! Niko’s cousin, I’m definitley a fan!
great video! I was looking for a trusted place to buy a bone comb.
Your hair is beautiful!! Thanks for the update…I noticed that you said you get more moisture benefit (vs strength) from the NTM mask…they also make a strengthening treatment, pure strength that works great for strengthening as well as providing moisture…
great list — i was wondering if the products in your fotki were your current staples. I never thought to try the VO5 for detangling…Ever since they discontinued Aveda elixir I had to make my own leave-ins because I go through so much to keep my hair hydrated. Honey Hemp IS really nice, but I cant afford it right now. thanks hair twin!~
I LOVE YOUR HAIR!!!!
(but of course you know that already)
thanks for the info!
Hi I am all over the lfc hair boards and I never can find out who nikos cousin is can you please tell me.
Anybody on the board is “nikos’ cousin”. Nikos is the lhcf webmaster.
I tried the aveda and was surprised that instead of strengthening my hair as most protein treatments would, it actually softened and detangled it (like a moisturizing treatment/condish). am i missing something? this was only one trial btw.
It strengthens my hair, but it doesn’t make it hard and brittle like when I tried Aphogee. The protein in the Aveda is far down on the ingredients list, so I think it is a much milder treatment than some others.
Your hair is totally fantastic. Thanks for the great videos!
I would love to see a collection of your hair toys/accessories because your buns that you decorate with them are always on point.
thank you!
oh yes! what a great idea for a new video! a peek into all of mwedzi’s hair accessories!
Very informative, thanks!
so beautiful your hair!!!!!
Looks like your hair is doing well. I remember once you complaining about some breakage so I guess the Aveda is working for you. BTW how do you prevent the brush bristles from breaking off quickly? I had that brush and it technically only lasted a month, and my hair isn’t hard to comb? Do you have any tips?
Did you use the brush on very wet hair or in the shower? My brush will last 4-6 months if I don’t use it on wet hair. I also detangle with my fingers or a comb first, so the brush doesn’t have to do as much work.
I like the Aveda. It works well.
Oh I see. I don’t think I had properly detangled my hair prior to using it and my hair was still damp after washing (despite towel drying. Funny the brush had split in half after I washed it.
I use it on damp hair, too, just not super wet hair. I don’t know, many others have found this brush fragile, so you’re not the only one.
Your hair is so beautiful! It looks very healthy. I love your twist out! God Bless You!
Thank you!
